Speed clear pugs

I used to play Guild Wars a lot and one of the things I enjoyed the most were speed clears of fissure of woe or the underworld. The forming of groups used to happen in the temple of ages, but it stopped a long time ago. Is that something that resurfaced with guild wars reforged? Maybe the group search is in a different place now?
