How to keep track of equipment

Hey everyone. In my playgroup we keep it quite casual, and therefore don't use WYSIWYG. I like to experiment with different lists, and my PM squads tend to change their equipment. How do you guys keep track of which model has which weapon, when you don't use WYSIWYG?
