Things to explore at snowshoe

It will be my first time coming to snowshoe mountain I planned to go for the snowtubing, apart from that what can I explore at snowshoe? I am visiting during Christmas holidays! I am a beginner, so don't wanna do skiing for now, so I didn't care about lift tickets and other rentals

I might just visit for a day, apart from snowtubing what activities do I have there? Also I don't wanna spend on snowmobile or anything which is expensive

Can I go on some trails? Will it be worth hiking at Christmas time? I saw some trails like the fire tower Or can someone suggest me some better hikes/things to do there?
