Baby on board badge

Hi all! Just ordered my baby on board badge to my MILs house (as TFL only deliver within greater london), ive just seen it will arrive in five days but we wont be seeing her to announce for ten days! Will this let the cat out of the bag? Can anyone give a heads up in terms of outer packaging etc?
