Criminals shouldn't be able to get away with it.

I know this has been discussed a lot. I know it doesn't make sense for a duke murdering some random peasant to be a crime. But murder being okay as long as it's not close family is ridiculous.

It should not be legally okay for my vassal to kill my ally, friend or anyone who's serving me really. Feudalism works in a way that when you put yourself under someones protection, that person has the duty and right to defend, or failing that, avenge you.

Why is murdering my 25 martial lowborn marshall who has ben serving me loyally for years is okay? Even if the murderer has a just reason, he should either resort to other ways or be willing to face the consequences. Honestly, whole justice system should receive a proper overhaul, considering the justice is the basis on which every state stands. Same should go for seducing my daughter too.
