Cloud saves ?

Hello everyone ! I am soon upgrading my pc and changing both my SSDs. I wonder if there is a way where I can save my current city to continu playing it on my new disk. I have other disks at my disposal but I really suck at files manipulation and I don't want to break everything. Pls help me.. thank you
