Best petrol car to buy second hand under a budget of 3L?

Must be 2015 or younger cus I live in Delhi and I’d like to own this car for atleast 3-4 years until I can afford to buy a new car. I’ve 1.5 lakhs on me and will be taking a personal loan of 1.5-2 lakhs at an interest rate of 11-12% for a tenure of 3-4 years.
