25 [M4A] [UK] Finally accepting my place as a Sissy

I tried to escape this, but no matter how hard I try, I always fail. I don’t have the energy to reject it anymore, I am now fully submitting to the fact I am a sissy who is meant to serve real men, and that this is now irreversible.

I’m ashamed that I tried to block it out, I’m very lucky to be what I am and to be able to help please men like a good girl.

I think I need someone to hold me accountable now, to make fully sure I don’t try to run again.
