CHEAP lease for 2026

FEMALE SUBLET ONLY

I have a single bedroom with a single bathroom for $665 a month, including ALL utilities. It is BASICALLY ON CAMPUS by the stadium. You’d have two beds to yourself (meant to be a double but for me? Single, and nobody is leading the other bed guaranteed), spacious closet storage, a full kitchen, wave-to-unlock access, and a LOT of community events with free food. There are lease options for a parking pass and high-speed internet (if you have a PC).

I have two sweet roommates, but it will likely be just one since the other graduates soon.

The room is ginormous, I just want to live with my friend for my last year at Purdue! It has a giant window, comes fully furnished, in-unit heating/cooling, we have our own boiler so the hot water doesn’t really run out. They also just replaced all the vents and lights in the apartment so it’s fresh! We have a dishwasher too!

The building has a free bicycle repair shop on the main floor! They also get free pastries and fresh bread delivered from Panera every Monday, and there are tons of free food events for the residents throughout the year.

I have a mini fridge tucked next to the desk and dresser as well I am willing to leave for the semester!

PLEASE take this place off my hands 🙏
