PS5 bug where you can’t claim cosmetics is still happening

Hey People!

I remember a post a fee weeks ago that you get an error (PS5) when claiming cosmetics from reliquaries - I’m still getting that one, the game subtracts fabor tokens but I’m not getting armour sets.

What’s even better - I managed to get the Slayer-tier mount trophy from the current season and it is also unavailable (like I never claimed it).

Is there some sort of workaround, or should I contact consumer support and wait 3 months for something to happen? :P
