Help in start a base

I need help on what to do to gain back courage to start trying commissions again. I am not experienced in the selling thing, I draw and paint a lot but lately I stopped cause of depression and now I’m feeling like trying again. Can someone tell me what to do to start building à base to selling? Since all i made was to sell like just a couple of drawings for already knew people I aready created a patreon, but i barely use it and it’s for post silly edits, how do I start using it and earning from it? I don’t want to start commissioning now, I just want to build a base for next year MAYBE start doing it, I just want advice
