I got one UFC 323 ticket for resale cause I am not gonna make it

I have one ticket for UFC 323 for sale SEC 203. AXS doing some scam. I bought my ticket for 131$ and unfortunately not gonna make it. when I try to resale it for 131$ its shows up on the website for 180$ and where is nothing I can do about it. So I can just transfer the ticket for you in the app without selling and you can Zelle to me. Or we can meet in person in Mission Viejo, CA. I would sell mine for 100$ SEC-203 ROW-F SEAT-8
