Discrete gear bag

What's your solution for discretely toting a camera and 2-3 lenses?

I have some new lenses and need to upgrade from my old lowepro sling. I'm looking for a carry bag that doesn't scream "expensive things inside" as obviously as a larger branded camera bag.
