Laptop keyboard issues

hey,

im turning to you all as my last resort for an issue that's driving me crazy and this is embarrassing...

for the week my rog zephyrus g15 laptop keyboard has been giving me issues...it won't type the letters "E" "G" and "H" when I boot up the pc or wake it from sleep mode...i use my laptop daily.

the letters start working after ive uninstalled the drivers and restarted the PC...its honestly making me stressed and an unhappy woman and I have to keep using the On screen keyboard.

I'm always keeping my keyboard clean and don't eat near the keyboard and keep all drinks away from the laptop..im not good at the advanced stuff with PCS but my keyboard keys are flat.. ive tried:

Virus scan

checked for windows updates (on wins 11)

/online /clean-up-image in command prompt (from videos)

sfc /scan now in command prompt (from videos)

Modifying the i8042prt in registry editor value data from 3 to 1. (from video)

reinstalling windows but keeping personal files from system >recovery
