Get M3 now or wait for MY

What would you do?

Get a Model 3 (awd highland, with stalks) which is available in stock now or should I wait for the model Y i ordered and got a set. Delivery in Feb 26

I still can’t decide between these two cars so I would like to hear your thoughts
