Most cost effective way to build a commander's loadout?

So I've just learned (as I'm sure most people here already know) that the Commander box (alone or in the combat patrol) only comes with one of each weapon. I'm not super worried about being meta (which I'm aware usually involves stacking multiple of the same weapon), but I do think that a Crisis suit with dual fusion blasters looks cool as hell, so I really want to give her that. Any advice on the most cost-effective way of getting my hands on additional Crisis weapon duplicates?
