Is this healing OK or does it seem like there are signs of infection?

25F with hypermobile EDS and also OCD (potentially relevant diagnoses). Photos attached in the comments. I got a friction burn on my arm on Tuesday and I’ve been making sure to clean it regularly and bandage it with an antibacterial bandage and antibiotic ointment. I also bought antiseptic spray today. There was another less severe wound on my other arm that’s already mostly closed but this one seems deeper. Both wounds had a decent amount of drainage but i feel like during the last two days I’ve been having to change the bandage on this wound a few times a day because it gets very wet. Is this normal, and is the color of the drainage normal? Does the wound look like it’s healing ok? I have health anxiety OCD and I am always very worried about getting an infection.
