Balance work for healthy aging
This may not be the right place to post this, but I’m wondering if anyone has any tips for balance work specifically if you’re bow-legged. Very specific and odd, I know. I broke my right leg when I was a kid, they didn’t do surgery and I’m now slightly bow-legged. It’s pretty difficult to balance on that leg as a result. I’m working on balance a lot to support healthy aging, and wouldn’t you know, that leg screws everything up. I’m not sure if I just need to keep working at it, or if anyone has any tips for how to accommodate that, but I’m looking for some guidance if possible!
