How often do early 40s guys actually want sex?

I have a question for the guys in their early forties. Do you guys still want sex often? How strong is your sex drive usually?

I(26 F) have only dated guys around my age before but the guy(41 F) I am seeing now is way older than me so I am curious how different it feels. I know it varies by person though. To describe him a little bit, he lifts and he is kinda big guy. We haven’t hook up yet.

My past boyfriends and I usually met two or three times a week and almost every time we met we would hook up two or three times or sometimes more. One ex especially had a really high drive and we would go three or four rounds back to back and like five times in one day sometimes. Every relationship(6months, 1y, 3y) I had we hooked up basically every time we saw each other, unless we were literally stuck outside with zero private time.

Since guys in their early forties deal with aging and all I wonder what the average intimacy frequency is like at that age.
