Tax issue in 2019

Hey so I called the irs just to make sure I’ve filed taxes every year I’ve been working since 2011 and they said that I’m missing 1 year in 2019. I always get refunds so don’t remember why I didn’t file that year although I just moved states and Covid just hit. I’ve already made it through Meps but planning to tell my recruiter about it. Any info on how much trouble I’ll be in if I’ll need a waiver now ?
