Week 5 almost 6 and terrified

Advice

Im sure so many here have had the same mental block. My PT and Surgeon want me to hit 130° by end of week 6 which is in a week and a half. And I cant get past 100° in PT without horrific pain. My PT says hes going to push me to 130° and im just so terrified of the pain. At home I can hit about 80° with warming up. Im so fucking sick of the pain and mental battle.

Is there anything that worked for you all to deal with this dread? Cause I hate this feeling and dont feel like I am going to hit 130° in a week and a half.

Been trying to massage my leg muscles to reduce tightness when bending, and doing heel slides at home, trying to get deeper and deeper but fuck it hurts/aches/feels so tight.

Can do a single leg lift with no brace without my calf dropping, good quad activation. Just tired of the fucking pain and dreading it so hard.

I had a patellar tendion graft and medial meniscus repair. Nov 5th. Walking on one crutch with brace locked.
