I had brisket for the first time.

And it was... strange. If this /r teached me anything, whatever I had was something I've never seen here.

It was brisket, point and flat. But it had crossed sear marks, like it was reverse seared like a steak.

Brisket steak.

It did not pass the fold test, it did succeed the planking challenge.

It was good, but not what I expected.
