Mom constantly locking phone, what do I do

Okay so for a quick contextualization, I'm in 10th grade and my mom locks my phone for no reason during the weekends. It's the Family Link app on my Google Pixel. I think I've devised a plan to outmaneuver it, but I haven't put it into action yet. So before my mom locks my phone, which I can't predict, I can just cut off the internet so it's not affected by the lock. However, I'll have to use my phone in offline/airplane mode, which will be pretty damn boring for the time being. Anyway, I haven't put this into action yet, but if anyone can help me, please do.
