Repetitive motion strain solutions

Hello, I've worked as a dishwasher on and off for many years. About 4 months ago I started at the busiest place I've ever worked. Nothing crazy, but definitely high volume, especially on Friday/Saturday. About 3 months in I developed trigger finger in my non sprayer (left) hand, and have had more upper forearm soreness than normal. I used to work out a lot and they feel like a muscle that's been maxed out too often. I learned that overworking the upper forearm can lead to carpal tunnel.

We also carry saute pans to the line. I do 5 per hand max, usually with a stack in each hand holding by the handles. Idk what metal they are, but they're metal handled too and fairly hefty. I think this is what's causing most of the soreness. I guess I could do fewer pans at a time, but with the volume of pans I don't want to do fewer per trip to the line.

So, I was wondering how other dishwashers deal with the repetitive motion and gripping. What has worked for you and what repetitive motion issues/injuries have you dealt with?
