Fallout 3 from qbittourrent not loading

I got Fallout 3 from qBittorrent (FitGirl) and the loading screen pops up, but when I press play, nothing happens. My cursor shows the loading icon, but then it disappears. Nothing shows up in Task Manager. What should I do?
