Will Azure Hybrid Admin Cert make up for experience gaps

Question

I am trying very hard to break out of my current job and into mainline System Administrator or ideally (though unlikely without time as a full system admin) an Azure Administrator. I got 6 months helpdesk experience years ago but left due to not getting healthcare and toxic work environment. For the last 3 years, I have worked software support for a company's software, but really I am more of an Application Administrator. While part of my job is supporting the ecommerce platform, I am extremely heavy in Azure (troubleshooting and generally hosting .NET App Services, but not troubleshooting .NET code), DNS, Cloudflare, Windows Server IIS, and more moderate in SQL Server and SQL maintenance, and general Windows Server.

My problem is there is 0 career growth at my company and it is a dead-end (promoted to senior but mostly a title change besides more server responsibilities transferred to our team) but because I only have 6 months at helpdesk & M365, I am being filtered out of every single job I apply to. I recertified in AZ-104 last Saturday (I let it expire), but I am taking a small break between major certs. My current plan is to get MS-900 and Fortinet Fundamentals as a break this month since they are much easier and I can keep up my momentum. In January, my plan is to start working towards Azure Hybrid Server Administrator (AZ-800/AZ-801). Would this be enough help break me out of my pigeon hole and into a System Admin or Azure focused System Admin role?
