AIO when my boyfriend threw out a Religious Text from my Library?

While I was stationed overseas my boyfriend packed all of our things and moved to a new apartment that was cheaper with less problems. He never told me about the move when it happened, and to this day I am still finding things missing.

For example, he threw away a large, fairly new exotic animal cage that I had bought for $800 because he didn’t want to take it.

Anyhow, this morning while sorting through my bookshelves, I found ONE religious text missing from a section where I had a bunch of books about different religions. Why would only one religious text be gone? The one he apparently had a problem with. It’s not even my religion, but part of a library of texts where if I wanted to look something up, I could do so.

I freaked out on him. He got defensive. To keep things neutral I am not going to say which faith. But I’m getting sick of not being able to find things, or realizing things are missing. Am I overreacting?
