Intense Cramping 2 Days After Trigger Shot (Modified FET)

I triggered with Ovidrel on Thursday night and started Prometrium this morning (Saturday). I am now having significant cramping, mainly near the left ovary, that is worse with movement. No fever or nausea. Did anyone else have this? Is this relatively normal? It feels like my normal ovulation pain just 5x worse…

At my last monitoring appointment on Thursday prior to trigger I only had 7 follicles ranging from 12-19mm and estrogen at 517 pg/ml, so I dont imagine this is OHSS. Also, I have not done any intense exercising besides walking and yoga so I don’t feel like torsion is that likely either.

It’s the weekend so my clinic is not open but if this gets worse I will probably call the after hours emergency line.
