Jackets at the start of S11?

Those water resistant jackets that Maggie and the group have at the start of S11 look comfortable and really good for rain. I've tried finding clothes like it before but I can never find something like it, I think I'm missing keywords. Can anybody tell me what to search up or of any clothing stores/websites have something like it on stock regularly?
