Help me choose GPU, PSU and maybe all the other parts too...

In my previous post I explained my situation and asked which CPU to buy, many people helped me a lot, so I chose Intel 265k.

In short, my girlfriend is an interior designer and needs a PC to render in 3Ds Max via Corona which uses the CPU exclusively. The budget may be flexible, but it's around $1500 for everything, including the monitor. Also take into account that prices in Ukraine are faire bit higher.

Here is what I have come up with for now. I used the current prices in Ukraine. Comments about all the components will be helpful, but my main questions right now are:

The GPU:

1. Should I stick with 5060 TI 16GB (~$570), maybe get something even weaker, considering that it is not for gaming (maybe sometimes), but for working in 3Ds max. She sometimes uses my PC, which is ooold, like core i7 4770 (which is really slow for her ) and RTX 2060 (which is OK-ish for her needs).

2. I consider buying a used one, here I can find RTX 3080 for around $350, if lucky, you could find a 3090 for ~$475, but that may be risky. Is it even viable to get a 5 year old card in 2025, almost 2026?

The PSU:

1. I have no idea how to choose a good, but not too expensive PSU, which would be reliable and silent.
