Help with this hip pain 😭

I am having the absolute worst hip pain. It seems to be getting worse the farther along I get. Im 17 weeks today. I've tried the stretches, sleeping with a pregnancy pillow and pillow between my legs and warm baths. The baths help temporarily bit its gotten so bad it hurts to even walk. I don't know what else to do to help. Does anyone have anything that's helped them alleviate hip pain because sitting, standing hurt but walking almost has me in tears sometimes.
