Follicles stalling at 8mm?

On my second cycle this year (and had a previously successful IUI 2 years ago now) - I have low AMH/unexplained fertility otherwise

I took Clomid cd 3-7 but have been stuck with 8mm follicles for the last few days (cd 9-12) so am bit in limbo. Im frustrated because my clinic keeps being like “we can keep checking for progress or we can just wait till next cycle” without giving any other guidance or suggesting anything else. I know I could still ovulate still but I have no idea how to think about this

Has anyone else been in this situation, and did you get any better direction? I know there’s only so much we can control, but this kinda feels lazy…
