International shipment release - import & Delivery updated

Was in clearance delay, so shipper sent necessary documents, the status changed to “International shipment release - Import” and provided a new delivery date, however it also went to the dreaded “Delivery Updated” at the same time. The clearance detail looks to be complete so I’m confused.

There has been no movement for 24hr since this “international release/delivery updated”

Is this normal? Has it cleared customs or not?
