Major Issue

I’ve been a Helium Mobile subscriber from the beginning..even have a 5g. Now there is a massive flaw with the payments. They requiring you to upload a photo id to make a payment on the plan and blocking your service! This is a major breach of privacy and ethics. Also discord got removed? What is happening?!?
