Is there a bugged sidequest?

This is specifically about The Final Quarrel side quest. Thats the one with the ambush right? Where the guy keeps setting traps. It isnt letting me redo the quest but its also not showing up as a completed quest. It's not in my missions or replay tabs but the thing to start the quest is gone. Do I have to do it on someone else's playthrough or am I stupid?

It's the last side quest i need to do before 100%ing for the first time. Im currently trying to 100% everything in the challenges tab. It's gonna be so fun (slightly sarcastic)
