Romantic or friendly?

25F here. A guy from my past reached out to me on social media telling me he loves my style, loves seeing my posts/stories, and that he would love to see me when he comes home this month and that I’ll be the first to know when he’s back. (He moved to another city).

I have a huge crush on him. Last week I posted on my story an aesthetic-like picture of trinkets on my floor (A romance book, lace underwear, pearl necklace, lipstick and perfume, romantic tarot cards, my journal, a dried rose, etc.) and he liked it. He doesn’t like my stories but always views them.

We also agreed to get together this month and haven’t been talking on DMS. I’d rather save the energy for in person and maybe he’s doing the same thing?

I know not everything is about social media, before someone says that. But given he is in another state and we’re not in a relationship, it’s really the only way so far for me to gauge his interest based on his behavior. We’re both not big social media people.

Thoughts? Is he just being friendly or do you think he is romantically interested? I definitely am.
