Working at Anthropic NYC?

I am considering a job with Anthropic in their NYC office. Long shot, but can anyone tell me whether there’s any flexibility with the 3x per week in office? I really want to take the job, should I be offered it, but the commute is hard and I am hoping to negotiate down to 2 days.
