Can you manifest a specific sibling? How does that even work?

So… I’ve been wondering about something pretty weird but interesting. People have child fever but I'm having a sibling fever (not really 🤨 I'm just tired of doing the chores alone 🥀😔)I want to manifest a lill sister — like an actual younger sister who grew up with me, same parents, same family, all of that.

I know people say “don’t worry about the how”, but that’s exactly what confuses me. If I want her to be my biological sister (again, nothing against adoption at all👁👄👁, I just mean the specific family dynamic), is that something you can even manifest? (I mean...if ANYTHING is possible then why not this?)

I also have a specific personality/appearance/age in mind for her, but I have no idea what I’m supposed to affirm or visualize (someone help 😋). Would I just… wake up one day and suddenly have a sister who’s always existed in my life? 😭🫠

If anyone here actually has a younger sister, can you tell me what it’s like? What should I even expect? 😅 or anyone who manifested something similar?
