Would it be ok for me to take my friends accutane even though it’s a different brand?

I just finished my first month of accutane and because of dermatologist appointments and waiting for my accutane to arrive I have to miss like 4-5 days of the pill. My friend is on the same mg as me and has some extra pills but he has a different brand. Could I use his for these couple days?
