TFSA promotional bonus shows as withdrawal in CRA

Hi, I got a $1900 promotional bonus for moving my TFSA to WS. For some reason this amount is showing as a withdrawal in the CRA site, raising my contribution limit to 8900. The 7000 will drop off in February when it get's reported, but the 1900 remaining doesn't appear correct.

Anyone else experience this? Genuinely not sure if;

• the 1900 is really a contribution meaning I really over-contributed 1900
• the 1900 was in the TFSA but not considered a contribution (I don't see how this could be, anything in the account would be a contribution) and then i took it out which was considered a withdrawal (I don't see any record of me doing that)

In either scenario the CRA amount seems wrong. Anyone want to hazard a guess as it what might be going on?
