Husband was driving the car but he's not on my insurance policy

Hi,

My husband was driving my Tesla after dropping me off at the airport. He got into an accident (not at fault). He isn't listed on my TD insurance policy as he barely drives & he isn't listed as the excluded driver either.

The car is currently is at the repair shop as there was damage to bumper & left fender. Just curious what happens in this situation?
