What to Bring to be Respectful

Hello, I've found out that I'm being invited to a Korean friend's home to help make kimchi. She's having cabbage shipped from Korea and knows I adore Korean food and culture.
From what I understand it is considered polite to bring a gift of some kind with me.
Could you please recommend what would be an appropriate gift to bring with me when I go to help and learn.
