(Challenging search) need help- city pop, synth etc...

I'm trying to find a song I used to listen to from a "Main character energy" playlist on Spotify that I no longer can find. It was a city pop vibe, instrumental, and I remember it had a bass guitar line with a flute melody. The playlist itself did have some anime and Japanese city pop inspired tracks but iirc the one I'm looking for was not actually either of these.

After a few hours of searching I've got this info:

• Shakatak "Night birds" or "Invitations" are quite similar, but it's not by them
• Masayoshi Takanaka has a few songs like "Tokyo Reggie" but I'm relatively sure it wasn't technically Japanese city pop or funk
• Level 42 "Heathrow" is kinda there but too funky and also it's not by Level 42
• It's not by T-Square or Casiopea
• The tempo is roughly similar to DJ Sammy "The Boys of Summer"
