Autoimmune disease?

Just wondering if anyone here has an inflammatory disease and finds relief in benzos. Personally I find with AS, my pelvic pain is so relieved by really any benzo ( seasoned bar tard) my mom also has Ankylosing spondylitis and my sister has psoriatic arthiritis but I don’t think either of them has a script for any and they don’t indulge recreationally are they missing out on the major pain relief that one or two mg of alp can provide or am I worsening my symptoms and chasing an addiction in a reward cycle
