Okay I wanna ask something

We all know doctor Brenner used Henry 's blood to make little power minions including eleven

But eleven was born with her powers though because her mother had powers

But we come to learn that Henry was the only one that has powers that's obtain from dimension X

So was eleven's mother also injected with Henry's blood or she to somehow had powers on her own???

I need answers because I'm confused
