i really like this guy’s videos, and this recent one on romantic rejection really struck me. i thought other folks with bpd could relate and feel seen by this; it’s so hard for us to feel secure in ourselves without someone else affirming that we are worthy of existing. breakups are so especially detrimental to us, and i think this highlights exactly why.
