Anyone else have a relatively easy pregnancy?

Discussion

I’m 12w 3d pregnant with di-di twin boys and I have had a relatively easy pregnancy so far. From about 4-9 weeks I was very tired and slept a lot but due to not having much responsibility other then my animals and only working 1-2 days a week (by choice) I had a lot of time to rest and relax, I was also quite nauseous at that time but only actually got sick 3 times.

Other then having a faster heart rate and not being able to stand for long periods of time without feeling like I’m going to pass out (which I read is normal during pregnancy) and of course the hormones and being emotional I have had a pretty easy pregnancy so far. All check ups and ultrasounds have come back great so far and the boys are quite active with very healthy heartbeats and measuring perfectly. The nipt test came back great and that’s how I found out they were boys.

Not trying to brag I just see posts all the time talking about how hard pregnancy is for most women and I feel so bad that my experience had been pretty great so far when other women have such a hard time. I was pretty healthy before getting pregnant lost 70 lbs and ate a very healthy macronutrient diet and worked out 5x a week so maybe that helped. I obviously feel very blessed and am so grateful but also know I’m still pretty early on and have a long while to go so we will see how I feel by the time the 3rd trimester rolls around, but I just wanted to see if any other women had an easy pregnancy as well and if anything changed or if it just stays easy?
