How to keep video stream alive/refresh

I have a camera stream up from the home assistant app on a tablet 24/7 from the /media/camera section of home assistant. The problem I’m facing is any time I run updates or restart home assistant the stream freezes and I have to close and reopen it to get it back up. Is there any way to automate it so the stream automatically refreshes on the tablet after a reboot?
