Raize/occupy/defend mod

Is there any mod which can rebalance defending my lands for me? Like, perma destroying towns, so AI will move outta my borders permanently? Better autoresolve sieges while defending my garrisons? Straight-forward turning off ability to start sieges of player garrisons for AI? I just want to build 1-2 armies and expand lands without need of backtracking to my besieged capital or managing 10 captains.
