Dating Scan

I have my dating scan coming up on Friday, I will be 13 weeks. Petrified is an understatement. My previous 3 pregnancies all ended in miscarriages at 7 weeks and 1 at 4 weeks 5 days. I’m taking progesterone and metformin for this pregnancy. I have never got this far before and I feel fine, I still have nausea and vomiting, tender breasts and fatigue. But I’m still so scared of missed miscarriage 😭
